2. Processing and Order Cancellation
All confirmed jewellery orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment verification. Custom-made or engraved jewellery may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been packed, customized, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
