1. Return Policy
At Gautham Jewellers, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our quality inspection. Only unused jewellery items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return. Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include original tags, invoice, and certification (if provided).
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customized, engraved, or altered jewellery cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or engraved jewellery pieces.
- Items purchased during sales, special offers, or discounts.
- Gold coins, bullion, or gift cards.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The refund amount (after any applicable deductions) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Rejected Refunds: If the item does not pass quality inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for eligible items returned in original condition within the return period. For customized or made-to-order pieces, exchanges are not applicable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gauthamjewellers.in along with clear images or videos as proof. We will arrange for an inspection and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Shipping Costs on Returns
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, Gautham Jewellers will bear the return shipping costs.
For all other returns (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped or customized production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
