We accept returns for unused, unworn jewellery with all original
tags, certificates, and packaging intact, requested within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and customisation reasons, custom-made, engraved, resized, or
tampered items are not eligible for return.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within
5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Can I exchange for a different size or design?
